Unpretentious Gourmet

For a year and a half, I wrote a bi-weekly column for our local daily,  The Burlington Free Press.  I loved the task.  From time to time, I'll post some of those stories, many include Chef Phoebe's recipes.  

The first one is our introduction, of sorts.  For those who don't know about Phoebe  and my longtime friendship of 37 years, this is a great read.  In my opinion.
